Our Fitness Kickboxing class is a combination of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Western Boxing. This combination offers a complete training package that will keep you fit while learning to defend yourself at the same time. Our coaches have not only been champion competitors themselves, but have the skill set and knowledge to teach you the proper way to perform the techniques. This reduces your chance of injury and gives you a real sense security in a not-so-secure society.
