  • Class Guidelines


    Please take a moment to review our class guidelines:

    Come to classes designated to your belt color only.
    Notify staff if you plan to beaway for more than 3 days.
    Take one class per day only. No double classes please.
    Please arrive 10-15 min. prior to class time
    Remain in proper warm-up area
    Remove all jewelry prior to class
    Wear a complete and approved school uniform.
    Place shoes in changing room
    Come to class with a level 10 energy and enthusiasm
    Never disturb the class in session
    Sparring gear is required for sparring classes
    No food allowed in school
    Only students allowed on training floor ....
